Hostify + Alertify Integration

The integration between Alertify and Hostify enables property managers to automate the monitoring of noise, smoke, and occupancy in their rentals, ensuring rules are enforced and properties are protected. Thanks to this integration, Alertify seamlessly pulls guest and reservation data from Hostify, eliminating manual entry and ensuring the right guest is always contacted when an issue arises.

When Alertify detects a violation — such as excessive noise, cigarette or marijuana smoke, or over-occupancy — it automatically messages the guest to resolve the issue before it escalates. In case an incident occurs, Alertify generates detailed after-incident reports with guest information, timestamps, and violation logs, making it easy to handle disputes and file claims with OTAs, insurance providers, or credit card companies.
