With the Hostify Mobile App, you can easily manage your listings and bookings from your smartphone. The app comes equipped with features such as a Unified Inbox, Push Notification Alerts, Multi-Calendar, and more. These features help professionalize the vacation rental experience and improve operational efficiency for property owners and managers. 

Our team will assist you in migrating your reservations from your current PMS to Hostify. Additionally, our user-friendly interface and intuitive features make it easy for new users to adapt and learn the system quickly. Our customer support team is also available 24/7 to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the transition process.

– As for payment processing services for our customers, we are currently integrated with Stripe and PayPal, and will be adding more payment processors in the future. We accept credit and debit cards, as well as payments through Stripe and PayPal.”

At Hostify, we have a simple and transparent pricing model. We charge our customers based on the number of active properties they have during the billing period, regardless of how many connections each property has to the channels. This means that you only pay for the number of properties you manage, and not for each connection or integration with different booking channels.

All of our plans come with access to all of our features and applications at no extra cost. Usually, 3rd party integrated apps are paid separately and are not handled by Hostify.

No, you will not be charged for technical support or customer service at Hostify. Our team is available to help you with any questions or issues you may have at no additional cost.

No, you only pay a fixed fee per property/month! For certain geo locations however, we offer commission-based plans too. Talk with us if you are interested.

We have a 14-day refund policy. If you realize Hostify is not the right tool for you within 14 days of purchasing the deal, we’ll give you your money back.

It typically takes 5-10 working days for the money to be returned to you, depending on your bank.

No, for the moment our billing system does not support quarterly or annual payments.

Yes, Hostify offers an open API for seamless integration with your vacation rental business. Hostify’s API lets you connect your website, import/export reservations and guest details in real-time, and even integrate with external tools like Microsoft Power BI. The API also features powerful webhooks for real-time updates on changes, keeping your app ahead of the curve.
