If something goes wrong with one of your properties or someone has a complaint about something (or even if they just want some advice), listen carefully and find out what they need from you next time around. You might not be able to fix everything immediately but at least you will know where their pain points are so that when an opportunity arises for improvement later on down the road. There won’t be any surprises!
