Hostify is a fast-growing SaaS platform for managing Airbnbs and vacation rentals. We are looking to expand our team in LATAM in order to better serve and support our customers in the area.

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support services to clients by our ticketing system, email and sometimes Whatsapp;
  • Helping customers setting up the product, organising product demos and trainings;
  • Alerting the development team about complains and incidents;
  • Responding to alerts and various technical issues in real time on daily basis;
  • Collect customer's feedback on a regular basis;
  • Tracking the events until problems are resolved, contacting the corresponding roles in the organisation when needed;
  • Experience in the travel industry is most welcome!
Qualifications
  • Experience as a technical support specialist;
  • Experience working with international clients;
  • Technical background - analyzing and producing reports, internet experience, basic system administration and/or web development skills;
  • Ability to analyze problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources;
  • Ability to speak and write succinctly about complex technical issues;
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker, tech-oriented;
  • Fluent English - written and oral. Ability to converse fluently, write/answer emails in English.
  • Other languages - an advantage;
  • Team player
