The integration between TRA Colombia and Hostify allows property managers operating in Colombia to automatically report guest information to the government through the official TRA system. Guest data is collected through Hostify’s pre-check-in form and transmitted directly to TRA once the form is completed.
This integration works together with the SIRE Colombia check-in form, which gathers the required guest information. Once the guest submits the form, Hostify automatically sends the data to TRA Colombia via API, registering both main and additional guests without manual action. Hostify remains the central platform for managing reservations while ensuring compliance with local reporting regulations.
