We’re excited to announce that Hostify will be attending Short-Term Rental 2026, a training conference focused on helping short-term rental operators prepare for upcoming regulatory changes in Poland.
Join us in Warsaw to learn about new legal requirements, compliance obligations, and best practices for operating and growing a professional short-term rental business in an evolving regulatory environment.
Short-Term Rental 2026 is organized by two of Poland’s leading industry associations: the Polish Short-Term Rental Association (PSWK) and the Mieszkanicznik Association.
The Polish Short-Term Rental Association represents businesses operating more than 13,000 accommodation units and actively participates in shaping industry regulations through consultation and advocacy efforts.
The Mieszkanicznik Association is Poland’s largest non-governmental organization for property owners and real estate professionals. Since 2012, it has supported the professionalization of the rental market through education, training, and community-building initiatives.
Together, these organizations are bringing industry professionals together to better understand upcoming regulatory changes and prepare for the future of short-term rentals in Poland.
